The amendment streamlines the fee structure; adds the State Fee for the privilege to practice by out-of-state licensees under the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (“ASLP-IC”); adds the requirements for a KSP and FBI criminal background check for reinstatements as is now required by KRS 334A.055 and 2026 Ky. Acts. ch. 6, Section 3; clarifies the requirements for inactive license status; and updates the material incorporated by reference, as well as incorporates a necessary form not previously incorporated by reference.
